Sustainability Performance Management

The aim of the project was to integrate the sustainability-oriented management of companies into their strategy development and implementation. In the process, they are categorized using a maturity barometer, on the basis of which concrete measures are derived. With the help of sustainability scorecards, the strategies are to be implemented and mapped in professional software. In addition, an approach was developed for companies to evaluate the impact of their sustainability management.
