Michael Gino Kraft is a lecturer in Sustainable Management at the Institute for Organization and Leadership (IOL) and serves as the Head of the Competence Center for Quality and Sustainability. His research interests lie at the intersection of digitization and sustainability, with a focus on circular economy and management systems. Previously, he was a strategist and organizational officer at a large foundation. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the Szent István University.
