Studying Technical Sciences

Engineers are in demand. Human labour is being replaced by modern, sophisticated machines and equipment in nearly all areas of life. Thanks to the excellent research at Eastern Switzerland University of Applied Sciences and its direct integration into the course, you will become familiar with the latest technologies and trends and can start applying your knowledge to real world situations immediately after completing your studies.

Paper: Network-Driven Service Programming Controller using Srv6: A Demonstration

21.09.2023

The paper authored by Julian Klaiber, Severin Dellsperger and Prof Laurent Metzger entitled "Network-Driven Service Programming Controller using SRv6: A Demonstration" was accepted at the 14th International Conference on Network of the Future. It builds on the previous paper "Dynamic Service Programming with Path Preprocessing" presented at the 2021 1st Joint International Workshop on Network Programmability and Automation. The paper provides a demonstration of an intelligent controller that enables the configuration of rules to route network traffic through different services, thus enabling dynamic service programming.
